Quick start (first-time visit)
How do I access the studio?
You will book a session in PodPlay.
At your reservation time, PodPlay will present an Unlock Door option.
Bring your phone with you so you can re-enter if you step out.
Do I need the PodPlay app?
Yes. PodPlay is how you manage your account, book sessions, and access the studio.
Do I need a reservation to enter?
Yes. A reservation is required for access.
Studio guidelines (house rules)
What are the studio guidelines?
STU Golf Studio is a members-only club. The goal is to keep guidelines simple and create a great experience for everyone:
Please make sure your clubs are clean before using the studio. Dirty clubs or balls can mark the screen.
No food or drink in the hitting area or on the PC cabinet.
No more than four people in the studio.
Only one golfer at a time in the hitting area.
Never swing a club outside the hitting area.
Members are responsible for damage caused by themselves or their guests. Please report accidents immediately.
Please finish play promptly at the end of your booking and tidy the studio for the next member.
What if I run over my booked time?
Please end on time. If you run over, it can impact the next member’s booking and may result in fees, loss of access, or membership restrictions.
Are there penalties for breaking the rules?
Yes. Safety and respect for the space come first. We may suspend or cancel access and/or membership for violations.
Guests, kids, and lessons
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Guests (family, friends, or teaching pros) are welcome.
Level 1 members: up to 1 guest
Level 2 and Level 3 members: up to 2 guests
Members must be present with guests at all times.
Can I take lessons?
Yes.
You can bring a teaching pro as your guest (within your guest limit).

Can my kids use the studio?
Yes.
Children over the age of 8 are welcome.
Children must be accompanied by a parent, non-golfing adult, or teaching pro at all times.
Bookings, cancellations, and billing
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations may not be cancelled or modified within 4 hours of the scheduled start time.
If you do not show up, the reserved time may still be counted against your monthly membership allotment.
How do I cancel my membership?
Membership cancellation is handled in the STU Golf Studio app:
Open the app and go to More
Tap Membership Info
Tap Cancel Membership
You will retain studio access and any available hours for the remainder of the billing cycle.
There are no refunds for partially used months.
You can re-start your membership anytime at current rates if there are available membership spots.
Access, safety, and security
Can I share door access with someone else?
No. Door access is personal.
Do not share unlock links, credentials, or access instructions.
Do not allow tailgating.
Is the studio under video surveillance?
Yes. The studio uses video surveillance for safety and security.
Logistics
Where should I park?
Metered parking is available on Olympic, Maple Dr, and Palm Dr.
Parking is not allowed on Olympic between 7–10am and 3–7pm.
Parking on weekends and after 7pm daily is free.
Where is the bathroom?
There is a bathroom in the rear of the building.
Take a bathroom key from the coat rack and exit the studio.
Turn right and walk around the building on Maple Dr into the alleyway behind the building.
Look for the parking space in the back and a metal door.
Use the key to open the outer and inner door. The bathroom is inside and directly to your left.
Bring your phone so you can re-enter the studio.
Events
Can I host a private event at the studio?
Possibly. The studio is available for small private events on a limited basis.
